1. GENERAL

3. WHO CAN PLAY

8. ERRORS

Playbet.io will not be liable in the event You try to or obtain an advantage from any errors in respect of bets or wagers on the Website if You were deliberately acting in bad-faith, including where: (i) there is an obvious error in the relevant odds, spreads, handicap, totals, cash-out; (ii) Playbet.io continues to accept bets or wagers on closed or suspended markets; (iii) Playbet.io incorrectly calculates or pays a settlement amount, including where a bet is Cashed Out for the full settlement amount, or a bet is made void incorrectly, where ‘Void if player does not start’ was selected at bet placement; or (iv) any error occurs in a random number generator or pay tables included, incorporated or used in any game or product.
9. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITIES
9.1. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you confirm your awareness of the fact that gambling may lead to losing money. Playbet.io is not liable for any possible financial damage arising from your use of the Website.
9.2. Playbet.io is not liable for any hardware or software defects, unstable or lost Internet connection, or any other technical errors that may limit access to the Website or prevent any players from uninterrupted play.
9.3. In the unlikely case where a wager is confirmed or a payment is performed by us in error, the Company reserves the right to cancel all wagers accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake by re-settling all the wagers at the correct terms that should have been available at the time that the wager was placed in the absence of the error.
9.4. If Playbet.io mistakenly credit your Player Account with a deposit, bonus or winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical issue, error in the paytables, human error or otherwise, the amount and/or the winnings from such bonus or deposit will remain Playbet.io property and will be deducted from your Player Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.
Playbet.io, its directors, employees, partners, service providers:

9.6. You acknowledge that Playbet.io shall be the final decision-maker of whether you have violated Playbet.io’s Terms and Conditions in a manner that results in your suspension or permanent barring from participation in the Website.
10. USE OF PLAYER ACCOUNT
10.1. Each player is allowed to create only one (1) personal account.
10.2. Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single player can lead, at the sole discretion of Playbet.io, to termination of all such accounts and cancellation of all payouts to the player. The player shall not provide access to their Player Account or allow using the Website to any third party including but not limited to minors.
10.3. Any returns, winnings or bonuses which the player has gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active may be reclaimed by us, and players undertake to return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.
10.4. The Website can only be used for personal purposes and shall not be used for any type of commercial profit.
10.5. You must maintain your account and keep your details up-to-date.
10.6. We reserve the right to make a phone call to the number provided in your user account, which at our own discretion can be a necessary part of the KYC procedure. Account and/or any actions in the account may be terminated until the account is fully verified. 11. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY
11.1. The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and utilises various anti-fraud tools and techniques. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions including, but not limited to:

- development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings

or becomes bankrupt in the country of their residence, the Company reserves the right to terminate such Player Account and suspend and/or cancel all payouts to the player. The Company also reserves the right and may be obliged to inform applicable regulatory bodies of the fraudulent actions performed by the player.
11.2. In the event of chargeback at the account, Playbet.io reserves the right to:
- charge the player a sum equivalent to the players available balance funds in order to compensate damages and expenses suffered by an incurred as a result of chargeback;
- claim further damages and financial losses from the player by contacting them via one of the methods provided during the registration process (i. e. phone, e-mail, etc.);
- close player's personal account and/or discard all and any winnings gained as a result of such act or attempt to act.
11.3. Playbet.io has zero tolerance to advantage play. Any player who will try to gain advantage of casino welcome offers or other promotions agrees that Company reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings from such bonuses, for the reasons of:
- use of stolen cards;
- chargebacks;
- creating more than one account in order to get advantage from casino promotions;
- providing incorrect registration data;
- any other actions which may damage Playbet.io.
11.4. Playbet.io reserves the right to close your Player Account and to refund to you the amount on your account balance, subject to deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at Casino’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.
11.5. In order to verify players` accounts, Playbet.io management requires documents (ID, utility bills, etc) in Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. In case a player doesn’t have an opportunity to provide documents in above-mentioned alphabets, Playbet.io reserves the right to demand video verification where the player shows his/her documents.
11.6. Playbet.io reserves the right to retain payments, if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of Playbet.io system. Criminal charges will be brought against any user or any other person(s) who has/have manipulated Playbet.io system or attempted to do so. Playbet.io reserves the right to terminate and/or change any games or events being offered on the Website.
11.7. Should you become aware of any possible errors or incompleteness in the software, you agree to refrain from taking advantage of them. Moreover, you agree to report to Playbet.io any error or incompleteness immediately. Should you fail to fulfill such obligations, Playbet.io has a right to full compensation for all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in association with the respective error/incompleteness and the failed notification.
11.8. Any deposit has to be wagered 3 times (players must place bets three times of their deposit amount) before the withdrawal of funds connected to this deposit is available. In case several deposits were made with no gaming activity, the player has to wager the total amount of these deposits prior to withdrawal. Otherwise, Playbet.io has a right to charge a fee for the procession of deposit and withdrawal, which is at the sole decision of Playbet.io.
11.9. We will make reasonable efforts trying to contact you regarding the withdrawal of the funds, but if we are not able to reach you (by email or phone) in two (2) weeks as from the date of the request for withdrawal, account will be locked, since you have failed to pass the KYC procedure. Any player's winnings, whether acquired through gameplay with bonuses or using real funds, may be subject to confiscation in the event that the player fails to provide the required KYC information in its entirety within 40 days from the date of the request.
11.10. Playbet.io is not a financial institution and thus should not be treated as such.
12. DEPOSITING
12.1. You must make deposits only from a bank account, bank cards, e-wallets or other payment methods that are registered in your own name. If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition, your winnings will be confiscated and the original deposit will be returned to the owner of the payment account. The Company is not responsible for the lost funds deposited from third party accounts.
12.2. To deposit funds into your Playbet.io Account, players can transfer funds from crypto-wallets under your control or through any other payment methods available on Playbet.io. Deposits can only be made with your own funds.
12.3. Players should only deposit money into their account for the purpose of using such money to place bets/wager on the Website. Playbet.io is entitled to suspend or close the player account if we reasonably believe that player is depositing funds without any intention to place sporting and/or gaming wagers. In such circumstances we may also report this activity to relevant authorities.
12.4. You acknowledge and understand that funding Your Playbet.io Account can only be funded by payment methods owned by You.
12.5. Playbet.io can set at its own discretion a minimum deposit amount. The minimum deposit amount can be changed at all time at Playbet.io’s discretion and will be identified on the website.Please note that the minimum amount of deposit is 20€ or an equivalent. 12.6. Deposits are immediately processed and the updated balance is shown in the Playbet.io Account instantly whenever a payment service provider is used. Playbet.io does not take responsibility for any delays caused due to its payment system or due to delays caused by any third party.

12.8. Funds cannot be transferred from your Playbet.io Account to the Playbet.io Account of another Player.
12.9. Playbet.io can refuse any deposits at its own discretion. Users that have their accounts blocked, or suspended shall refrain from depositing at www.playbet.io.
12.10. In the event that a player tries to deposit when his account is blocked or suspended, Playbet.io will have the right to retain the funds.
13. WITHDRAWAL POLICY
13.1. Playbet.io does not have a maximum amount for withdrawal.
13.2. Playbet.io reserves the right to refuse any withdrawal by a Player from their Playbet.io Account until:
a) the Player’s identity has been verified and Playbet.io has confirmed the withdrawal is being made by a holder of the Playbet.io Account;
b) the withdrawal is being transferred to an account of which the Player is a legal holder;
c) any additional information requested by Playbet.io has been provided;
d) the Player has complied with the minimum wager requirement for each deposit.
13.3. Playbet.io reserves all rights to investigate the Player account and gaming activity. If Playbet.io reasonably suspects that Your account or gaming activity has violated these terms of service or applicable laws or regulations, it may, in its sole discretion, delay or decline further deposits, withdrawals and/or game play while it conducts its investigation. You acknowledge and accept that Playbet.io may not be in a position to provide an explanation as to the nature of its investigation.
13.4. Playbet.io reserves the right to request verification documents before being able to process your withdrawal (ID, payment systems, utility bills, etc.), following standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, even if similar or other documentation has previously been provided by you) as well as to hold any refunds for the time needed to check your identity. In case you provide false or incompleted Personal Data, the withdrawal can be refused and the Player Account terminated, of which you will be informed by email. Reporting by Playbet.io to applicable regulatory bodies of actions performed by the player may be required.
13.5. All withdrawals must be done through the same payment method chosen by you when placing a deposit, unless Playbet.io decides otherwise or are unable to do so.
13.6. If we mistakenly credit your Playbet.io Account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical error in the pay tables, or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your Playbet.io Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to Playbet.io. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.
13.7. Crypto withdrawals will be made to your stated cryptocurrency wallet address when making a valid withdrawal request.
13.8. Playbet.io reserves the right to carry out additional KYC verification procedures for any withdrawal.
13.9. All transactions shall be checked in order to prevent money laundering. If a player becomes aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games of the Website, s/he must report this to Playbet.io immediately. Playbet.io may suspend, block or close a Playbet.io Account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act or on any other legal basis requested by any state authority. You acknowledge that the funds in your account are consumed instantly when playing and we do not provide return of goods, refunds or retrospective cancellation of your account.
13.10 .Playbet.io reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments until the full amount is paid.

14. PLACING BETS/WAGERS
14.1. You are allowed to place Your bets/wagers on the markets/products offered in the Website. Playbet.io is not obliged to accept any bet/wager from You and bets/wagers will only be deemed as valid and finalized, and therefore as accepted by Playbet.io, when You receive the confirmation from Playbet.io of the acceptance of Your bet/wager.
14.2. Playbet.io only accepts bets/wagers made online (including via mobile device). Bets/wagers are not accepted in any other form (post, email, fax, etc.) and where received will be invalid and void - win or lose.
14.3. It is Your responsibility to ensure details of the bets/wagers are correct. Once bets/wagers have been placed they may not be canceled by You. Playbet.io can only cancel or amend a bet/wager if the relevant event has been suspended or canceled, if there was an obvious error on the relevant bet or its odds, if the bet is placed in breach of the Terms or if required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.
14.4. Your funds will be allocated to bets/wagers in the order they are placed and will not be available for any other use. Playbet.io reserves the right to void and/or reverse any transactions made after a bet/wager has been placed involving allocated funds, either at the time or retrospectively.
15. DORMANT ACCOUNTS
15.1. An inactive (dormant) account is a Player Account which a player has not logged into or logged out of for twelve (12) consecutive months. If your Player Account is deemed to be inactive, Playbet.io reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of €10 or the equivalent in another currency (or the current balance of your account, if less) as long as the balance of your account remains positive.
15.2. You authorize Playbet.io to debit this fee from your Player Account at the beginning of the month following the day on which your account is deemed inactive, and at the beginning of every subsequent month that your account remains inactive. Playbet.io will stop deducting the fee if the account balance is zero or if the account is reactivated.
16. EXPIRY PERIOD
16.1. You agree that any claim and/or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or a service provided by Playbet.io must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose.
17. COMPLAINTS
17.1. You are free to contact our customer service team according to the instructions found on the Website to give us any complaints regarding our services.
17.2. Complaints are handled in the support department and escalated in the organization of Playbet.io in the case that support personnel did not solve the case immediately. You shall be informed about the state of the complaint to a reasonable level.
17.3. Casino is to acknowledge a complaint started by the account holder only. It is forbidden to and you can therefore not assign, transfer, hand over or sell your complaint to the third party.
17.4. Casino will dismiss the complaint if the matter is handed over to be conducted by the third party and not the original account owner.
17.5. In the event of any dispute, you agree that the server logs and records shall act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim. You agree that in the unlikely event of a disagreement between the result that appears on your screen and the game server, the result that was logged on the game server will prevail, and you acknowledge and agree that our records will be the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of your participation in the relevant online gaming activity and the results of this participation.
17.6. When we wish to contact you regarding such a dispute, we will do so by using any of the contact details provided in your Player Account.
18. NON TRANSFERABILITY
18.1. You can not assign, pledge or transfer ownership under any title whatsoever to claims arising from these Terms and Conditions, the use of the Website or participation in the Games against Playbet.io without consent of Playbet.io. This prohibition is designed as a non-transferability clause ex article 83 paragraph 2 of book 3 of the Civil Code and includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in connection with these assets, legal, commercial, or otherwise. The prohibition on said transfers also includes however is not limited to the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, entity in any way shape or form.
19. ARBITRATION
19.1. All disputes which may arise between you and Playbet.io including their successors in title under general or special title as a result of these Terms and Conditions or as a result of further agreements and other acts in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in Curacao and in accordance with Curacao Civil Procedure Rules.
19.2. The Agreement and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Curaçao. You irrevocably agree that, subject as provided below, the courts of Curaçao shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the Agreement and any matter arising therefrom and irrevocably waive any right that it may have to object to an action being brought in those courts, or to claim that the action has been brought in an inconvenient forum, or that those courts do not have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of Playbet.io to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.
